The proper torque an a T 1024 Cub Cadet cutting blade nuts?

I need to know the proper procedure for tightening the blades on a cub cadet t 1024. The bolts are 3/4" fine thread that holds the blades on. If torqued too tight the bearings will burn up. It has 3 blades, a 50" cut mower deck.

if the blade get stiff from tighting you either have a bent blade bolt or the inner bearing sleeve has worn short and allowinr the bearings to bind against the race
