How can I fix my radiator fan? Clio 1.2 2002?

Hi I have a Reanult clio 1.2 16V 2002
Can anyone tell me to fix the fan for radiator?
I am not over heating while driving but if held in traffic temp gauge goes up but fan dose not cut in.
Thermostat has been replaced but fan still doesnt cut in?
Any idea what to do next...?

Hi,
Put a 12 volt power supply directly into the fan. It should run, if not, your fan is duff.
