how can i fix my garmin c510?

i was updating my garmin c510 now it just says loader loading/software loading

there is a reset button, you need to take off the screen surround (lever off with penknife) and press reset.

Not an answer but I have the same problem with my c510. Seems Garmin have screwed up.
