cam belt on a renault megane rt?

I need to set up the cam belt on my renault megane rt
I have a mark on the top cam whel and no mark on the bottom wheel
anybody ? could you tell me the points or if its just piston piston position?

t d c mark should be found in top of gear box bell housing ,under a plastic cover, mark on flywheel top dead centre to align with 0 degrees.cam mark to 12 o"clock ok
