How to tune in a Ferguson TV, no hidden tuning panel?

Unable to find the model no. TV is approx 3 yr old. 24inch
silver in colour. It only has a + and - and also the on/off button. Was tuned in when we got it, but due to disconnecting to install a computer, it has lost its tuning.

I suspect that the tuning is only possible via the remote control for the television. This has become the norm for most TV's nowdays. If you haven't got that or the TV's model number I would say your going to struggle.
