I would like to know how to open the conduct where the water go through because I think it is dirty.

If im right thinking that your washer has water left in it after it has finished you could either have a blocked pump or a faulty pump or blocked fillter .If you could tell me make ie. Hotpoint,
Hoover,Creada . etc i could then tell you how to check it out
