my hotpoint aquarius wf620?

my hotpoint aquarius wf620 has very hot water on a low temp wash. is the thermostat gone?

Hi i think your problem is that your pipes or pipe going to your washer is connected to the hot supply on your plumbing what im trying to say if you have a red pipe and a blue pipe there on back to front they need swopping over . If its a single feed washer it might be conected to the hot instead of the cold if you washer when finished the cloths come out hot then it conected to the hot and its not rinsing with cold water .If you have not unplumbed it latley then it has a fault it should be under a 5 year parts guarantee weather you took one out or not. maybe cheaper to call them out than to purchase the faulty parts yourself Hope this helps
