how can i replace a window in fiat punto?

My rear offside passenger window has been smashed and I am trying to fit a new window but can't get it in. How do you do it

we took the door panel off and theres a metal bar inside thats got bolts on it you have to remove tht then put the window in from the outside. wen its fitted just replace the br but you will need to peopleits a tricky job but atleast my cars not frozen inside anymore
