You asked a question about SCART. If your TV does not have the connectors that you referred to in your question I suggested that you use a SCART cable into the back of your TV. As you said that the question was about SCART that would mean that you had a SCART connector at each end ot the cable.
Or is your question not about HD TV (which is the box that it is in) or SCART which was the subject of your question? In either case i suggest a new question saying what you are trying to connect to what and in the right box.
