pumping water to taps?

We have bought the Bailey Senator 7000. Being new to owning a caravan we had a lot to figure out but getting there. However we have filled the freshwater tank and cannot seem to get the water to come through the taps in the sinks -kitchen or bathroom section, though the toilet flusher is working. Is there some switch has to be put on or such to get the tap water to run? When we turn the taps on we can hear the water pumping but nothing coming from them hot or cold. Can anyone help please?

A simple way is to disconnect the discharge pipe from the pump, with it switched off, and if you can get near enough, suck water through the pump until you get a mouthful. Connect up the pump and switch on. All you are doing is priming the pump chamber and it should remain full after this.
