Remove kick along bottom of applaince then bottom right hand side you will see your filter turn anti clock wise but be prepared as if your drum is full of water it may pour out. Clean filter and then re-try if still not emptying you either have a blockage from drum to sump hose connected to pump of pump is faulty.
