My roadangel navigator worked fine until I cancelled my subscription. now the unit will not show any maps or indicatea true speed. I thought the subscription was for updating speed camera locations, Not to keep the unit from not working I had always used roadangel and thought they were great, how wrong I was if this is their tactics.
I will never entertain one again!!!

mine has just totally died, days after cancelling subscription .. don't see how they could have bombed it, but did wonder if the events were connected

I have had nothing but problems with my road angel since i bought it three years ago. Have had it replaced a number of times and repaired by Black Spot but the socket the power cables goes into kept on going faulty and now it is totally knackered. I will never buy anything from black spot again.
Complete waste of money.

Mine too. I think the battery might have died. Did you cancel your subscription a while ago? If you did they may have programmed the device to do this to annoy the customer that don't subscribe to their updates.
