HEATER PLUG RELAY COULD BE JAMMED ON. IS THE STARTER SOLENOID JAMMED OR IS THERE A SHORT? THESE ARE ABOUT THE ONLY THINGS THAT WOULD DRAW ENOUGH POWER TO HEAT THE WIRES UP.TRY THESE AND GOOD LUCK!
