If the manufacturer's web site doesn't have the code, I'd be inclined to take it back as they usually have a money back guarantee if they don't work with your box.
Next try Alba (who own the Bush brand) at www.albplc.com but you may find that its more cost effective to scrap the box and buy a new one - with a remote.
