need help to change belt on flymo compact turbo lawn mower

Just had to do this job myself on a Vision 330 I found in the street ..put out for the dustmen. Connected it and tried it but all I got was a whine from the motor so checked the drive belt and it was snapped .....removed the screws under the disc and the one on the front but who on Earth decided those washers were a good idea on something that needs to be removed to replace the belt . I'll drill them out tomorrow and see if there is some alternative fix when it all goes back together again .

remove cutting blade and disc. There are 4 screws hidden by the disc which need to be removed. Then remove the screw at the front. Some machines have three additional screws between the disc area and the front but in the majority these have been replaced by rivitted washers which need to be drilled out. The belt housing can then be removed from the machine. Replace the belt ensuring that the tension is correct by using the motor mounting screws.
