if you dont have the "bar", a 15mm socket on a long extension bar will do it.

Hi, dont know if Ford changed the design but if you open the back doors there should be a hole with a black grommet covering it, you have to insert the bar that came with the jack/wheel brace which works on a pulley if you turn this it will lower the wheel.
