wot is wrong with my engine?

s reg rover 414 will not start or turn over replaced starter still no joy will not bump the car just stops has not being stood did use all the time

Have you tried charging battery overnight & cleaning up terminals?

change the battery. I had the same problem with a 214. It wouldnt jump start or push start. after changing the battery i had no probs.
