How can I fix my triton opal shower?

When I turn on my shower water shoots out from a small tube situated behind where the outlet hose screws in, and very little comes through the shower head. Is this problom fixable or do i need a new shower.

my triton opal shower 9.5 kw keeps indicating to low pressure and goind hot and cold when light goes on and off anybody any ideas what the problem is?

it looks like your prd has gone but first check your showehead is not blocked and shower hose is not bend or anything if they are fine than you will have to change your PRD which cost about £10 to £15, you will need the part no for it which you can find in the back of your showers operating manual.
