Indesit WE13 w/machine, error message appears and won't spin?

An error message appears on screen of w/machine and won't spin, this has happened before and when somebody came out they got 5p from filter, but don't know how to access the filter, can you help pls?

yeah at the bottom of the machine is a flap pull that off then theres a knob at the bottom turn that round anti clockwise. it will pull out then anything that is trapped will come out . hope this helps
