How can I fix my brake lights?

How can I fix my brake lights in a a rover car.I have tested all the fuses and bulbs,they are all working fine
please help very confused

I would guess that the cause will be a faulty brake light micro-switch which is offen located around the brake pedal.

With no details of the model I can say no more.
