how do you change the brake pads on my peugeot 306? (rear disc)?

i've ordered some brake pads for my car. the pads on the front are ok but the ones on the back are now metal touching metal, it's making a right noise!
it's a 2.0 16v 306 S16 with disc brakes all round.
i'm just wondering how you disconnect the old pads and put the new ones in, and if so, are there any other things im must do...i.e brake re-alignment?

There actuly pretty easy, i cant remember the size tools you need, put youll need to push the piston back into the caliper to get the pads on. Now, what ever you do, dont push it back, the read ones actuly need to twist back in, as the hand brake is also controled from the rear disks and pads.
