I'm 350 miles from home and part is dragging on the ground on my 98 Mishi Galant. It is now hanging by one end. It is just behind the front wheels and located more towards the passenger side while yet near middle. It almost appears as a drip pan of some sort and can't be longer than 8 - 10 inches. Can I pull it off drive home and get help or should I just call a stranger where I am and get it fixed before driving 350 miles? Car is otherwise driving without any problems. First noticed the dragging part in a short errand run.

never drive with anything draging along the floor if it digs in the next thing you will know is when it has come thro the floor
