where can i obtain a user handbook / manual?

I have an old templar tiller professional 400 which is fitted wit a tecumseh engine.what I am trying to find out is what size engine and where in suffolk I can have it serviced / overhauled
the only info I can get off it isa plate with the following Tecumseh Licence 0078 HBL40 / 12122 SER/NO 09337343 PROFESSIONAL 400 Templar Tillers High Wycombe.
any help would be much appreciated

DERRICK. FURTHER TO MY REPLY TECUMSEH HAD OR HAVE AROUND 200 SERVICE OUTLETS IN THE UK. I HAVE THE COMPLETE LIST AND WILL ENCLOSE A COPY ALSO. ASPERA ANOTHER ENGINE USED APEAR TO BE A SUBSIDURY OF TECUMSEH. I HAVE AN "AS NEW" PROFESSIONAL 400 WITH ALL THE ATTACHMENTS USING THE TECUMSEH ENGINEAND IT IS A SUPERB PERFORMER.
