machine stops at end of wash cycle then stops at end of spin cycle and door wont open have to keep turning back to spin cycle to empty machine so door will open

hi, sounds like you have something blocking the sump,or drain hose,if the water does not empty first time,switch power off,and unplug from socket,tilt the machine back and check sump hose and drian hose,take off the drain pump,sometimes a coin can stop the drain pump from turning. or you are needing a new door interlock,which does wear after a time,hope this helps.
