i have a tech lux sat nav the problem i have is after i switch my sat nav on the screen freezes up and the touch screen will not work can anyone give me some advise

hi i had the same prob with mine all i did was hit the reset button the bottem right of the navi 1 and that soted it havent had ne probs since doing that .

it is a small hole on the bottem right of the unit you can use the navi 1 pen or a pin 2 do this hope this helped you

I also have a Satnav with the same problem. Reset doesnt help either. Its good to know about the two year warranty though as I had presumed it was one year.

Hi Les, I also have the Tech Lux Navi 1 Satnav which has stuck in Free Browse Map mode, (it allows input of addresses, but will not take you there). I tried emailing Sevic and got back a satnav equivalent of ALT,CTRL,DELETE which did nothing for me or my little electronic buddy. Did you know that the unit has a two year guarantee? I am now making arrangements to have it returned (via the retailler) for repair by the company.
