i put my sandisk memory stick pro duo into my w810i but it doesn't read it and tells me to 'insert memory card' whats wrong?and what do i have to do?

The Card may not be formatted correctly and will need this doing. Most phones require that the mem stick is formatted in FAT file system. Pop the stick into your mem card reader in your pc and rightclick the drive icon then format! Make sure the card is formatted in fat/fat32 and nor ntfs!

Also you could try going into your mobile file manager and selecting more then format MS.
