How can I fix my Whirlpool Condenser Dryer?

How can I fix whirlpool condenser tumble dryer. It rotates normally but will not heat up.

Alternatively, you could check that the water container light is not on. My dryer had exactly the same problem and the water container had to be dilled from the overspill container inside the dryer. Advice to solve this problem is also listed on this site.
