how can i remove my old broken wing mirrir on my peugeot 406 LXHDI 1999?

i have dismantled the wing mirror and am left with the arm that attaches the casing and mirror assembly to the door. It is this arm that swivels to allow the mirror to fold in and will click back into place if the mirrior is hit. how do i remove theis armu

if you open the door you should see 3 round plastic clips
remove them and you should see the torx screws just undo them and it should come away easily.
