can I download NH 8340 tractor error codes on line?

I have error code E27 on my Ford New Holland 8340 tractor. PTO will not engage, have an alternator light and the tach quit!

Broken fan belt or faulty alternator,tractor picks up engine rpm from "W" connection on alternator and for safety reasons it wont allow pto,edc or transmission to function unless it reads engine rpm.Most dealers are helpful and will give you copy of error codes.
