how do i fix my Tevion lcd 32" 3209?

hi i have a Tevion lcd hd 32" 3209 tv and the picture is small i lost remote conrol and was wondering if anyone new how to change the picture to 16.9 with th on board controls thanx

there is a menu button on the tv but it fixes everything else but the picture. i tryed Aldi for a tevion all in one remote but it only come in stock every now and then i and i have bought 5 diffrent all in one remotes and not one of them worked. But thanks any way for the help.

As Tevion is an Aldi Own Brand have you tried them for a new remote?

am affraid a remote is needed my friend if u have a menu button on it press it and look through there could be a setting for it
