Why wont the weel spin round on my tumble dryer?

Hi there,
My tumble driyer is giving out hotair but it is not spinning round, whats wrong with it? Its only a year old, its a White Knight 3Kg load.
I think It could be the belt.. if so Can I mend it?
If its not the belt then what is it?

This has just happened to me. The belt has probably snapped (mine has). It's similar to the fan belt on your car, only longer! Fairly easy to get a replacement and fit (or so I'm told). Just sourcing mine now.
