i have a 7kg drum hotpoint aquarius ctd00 reverse action condence dryer i need to know why its not giving heat when drying on either setting and also the empty water light does not come on, and is very noisy when drying .Can this be fixed or is it cheaper to re buy another one

No heat is usually due to a faulty thermostat which has then caused a thermal cut out to go.Would need checking by a professional,noise could be a fan or bearing.
As to being worth repairing, 50/50
