Cooling fan has gone US. A wiring diagram is needed to source problem

Michael ...have you tried feeding a +12V supply to one of the pins on the fan connector and earthing the other pin? This will confirm whether or not the fan is U/S. If it runs then the chances are that the temp sensor or its wiring is the problem.
