what could be wrong with my heating on my citroen xantia 1996 sx 1761cc?

when i try to turn my heating on in my vehicle nothing happens at all, no air or anything comes through please could i have some advice! thank you

Sounds like you have lost supply to the motor, try starting the car then backing the ignition key off. They usually burn out the contacts inside the switch.
