in car heating?

my heaters come out hot when i put them on then seconds later they go stone cold iv changed the thermostat and its still the same !!!! i need help any ideas ?

The answer would depend on what car/year etc you have.

Some of these things are controlled by CPU/ECU type chips and older cars are just switches and flaps.

Tell more and I'm sure someone else will answer.
