How can I fix my vauxhall corsa it's a 1999 model?

The car is a fab car but for the last three days when I turn the heating fan on the car is stone cold but by the end of my trip the car is steaming hot inside, the engine also gets very hot. Is there anything I could do to fix the problem or is a garage job?

This is a garage job. I have had the exact same problem with my 1999 corsa this month and i now need a new engine as it overheated too much! I'd advise you to get it looked at ASAP i just kept topping mine up with water instead of getting it fixed!
