drum does not turn or spin even it takes water in and pump out?

my washing machine is bosch wfk2801 and the fault is that it wont spin or turn even it takes wter in and pump out without drum spinning

sounds to me like your carbon brushes need changing, they are located on the motor, also it could be your belt!!
