brake caliper has snapped?

Yamaha Aerox 49cc 2002, my brake caliper has snapped of the aluminium frame, it has snapped where the bolts go through the frame onto the caliper. Is there a way this can be fixed without welding ?

Get new parts! Don't mess about where brakes are concerned. Even welding isn't a sure safe option.
