all i get is printer not on ,when i can see red and green led flashing and i know it is connected

You must get a special program instead the SSC Service Utility, Adjustment Program Epson for the C62, it run only in Windows 98, for that you must have a Win98 installed in some Computer to realize the reseter. The SSC Service do not work good in this model.
