Hi Dave

The only way to convert NTFS to FAT 32 is by fdisking or formatting it.

In WinXP (or W2K)

Click on Start / Run / Type in: cmd / OK / then type:

"format z: /FS:FAT32"
(Without the quotes" & replace the "z:" with the letter of your drive)

Back up your files first as the disk is wiped in the process!

Good luck

Hi T, I have tried that but it only gives me the NTFS option

Just reformat it and choose FAT32. Backup any data on it first because formatting will erase it all.
