i need some help on fixing an eager 1 6.6hp?

im need to findout the the timing on this model im traing to set the time between the crankshaft and the camgear i really need some help on this so please if anyone knows how to put this engine on time please reply and give me a hand

Should be marks on crankshaft and the camshaft so just aling them up
