the pump is pumping water in and out of washing machine, but the drums not moving and spinning! help.

hi kez if you took the top off and look inside you can see the belt and the motor, unplug it first! if the belt has come off or broken fit a new one by letting off the tenshion bolt on the motor and then retenshioning the new belt so that it dont slip,
if the belt hasent broken and the motor is not turning when pluged back in and put on spin its most likly to be the motor brushes, whatch your fingers on the belt! and dont put your hands inside when pluged in, its live with 230volts, that will bite you! take care you only get five fingers free with each hand!

either the belt is gone (unlikley) or you need new brushes in the motor (very likley)
