How can I fix my LG washer dryer WD12124 fault code 'dhe'?

The dryer doesnt come into cycle, Have had the engineer out , who says , no loose wires, no faulty fuses, thermostat and heater ok. doesnt know what else to do, has no other info and 'well you did buy LG'
any help gratefully receive
