I still get the error code 814 (canon cp660)?

Hi Bob and u,

Tnx for your reply to me on my question regarding error code 814 (canon cp660).

Infact i don't remember to get msg of replacing the drum cartridge. This error appears once i power on the copier (without doing anything). I tried to remove the toner drum (black) and restart the copier, and its gave me the option to select paper size and smthing else, but then it commanded me to put back the toner and still got the same error 814. I hv few questions to ask.

1. A drum cartridge is a toner drum or the cartridge which contains a drum?

2. if so, then should i change the whole drum unit and replace it with another one, as you directed to me?
