how do I replace/fit bulb on high mounted central brake light?

I have a ford fiesta 53 reg year 2003.I am
trying to replace the bulb on the brake light, "high mounted brake light" as described in the owners guide,but with no success.Can you advise best way to remove bulb without damaging the light assembly? Thanks.
