element gone on cooker, trying to take it off.but fan in oven is in way of top screw how do you get fan off, took bolt and cut away washer off but fan very tight does it come off from inside or do you take it off from the back cheers darren.

The only way of getting it off is as follows (It's a bit technical, but I'll try and explain it in laymen's terms):

Get two pairs of plyers, clamp on to two fins on opposite sides of the fan and pull...... hard....... a liberal dose of WD40 will never go a miss either.

If this doesn't work, pull harder................
