New pipes needed for Ravenheat csi85-85t?

We have just had British gas come to fix boiler as it was giving out intermittent hot to freezing water when having a shower (not power shower) They have told me it is scale build up in pipes, unfortunately they have to replace the whole pipe system as they cannot remove pipe due to so much build up. I have been now told by them that parts for this make of boiler are not availiable... Is this a load of rubbish?

BG are talking out of their backsides (or trying to con you into some expensive work).

If your pipework is 'clogged' the system can be given a dose of 'chemical flush' to dissolve it. Then the system can be flushed through with clean water before refilling.

As for 'no parts available' for the CSI 85T - copy and paste this link into your browser to prove BG totally wrong.
