Bosch Fridge Freezer makes rattling noise behind freezer compartment?

Our newish Bosch Fridge Freezer is rattling - could it be the fan bearings or the pump? Model No. KGN34V00GB. FD8703.

we had a problem with ours where the fan kept burning out even had borsch out who replaced fans and circuit board when by chance one the american fridges at my place of work was giving problems and i managed to get hold of the engineer who came out and fixed it he came along and found that the fault with ours was a faulty light switch which kept the fans running burning it out which he replaced all fine since. They operate in the london area www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk.

More likely to be a build up of ice touching the fan blades. To confirm it, turn off the machine for 24 hours, leaving the doors open (borrow room in someone elses fridge/freezer). If the sound has gone when re-started that is the answer. Not much you can do about it other than stated unless you want to remove the interior back of the fridge/freezer and modify the area near the fan but unless you know what you are doing I suggest you don't try - could be dangerous! Just defrost fully whenever it happens!!!
