i have a unidare storage heater but cannot control the output?

it is simply going on when i do not want it too. There is an input and output knob, 2 switches on wall , one for storage and one for combi (of which i cannot control and don't' fully understand. Please help!

the input and output are controled from the top of the heater. it stores the heat at night(11pm until 7am) according to how you have te input set. i.e. 6 is high, 1 is low.

the output controls when most heat is needed. i.e. 6 morning,1 evening.

the second switch is a boost/fan/covector which is just a heater for anytime.

hope this might help a little.
