how can i fix my puma 100e?

low pressure light is on and the central heating system needs repressurising found filling loop. how would you repressurise the ch system.

there should be a small tap on the filling loop,
turn it until water starts to flow through into the CH system,
and watch the pressure gauge on the boiler move up to 1 bar,
then bleed rads and top up again.
